The figures shown are North Korean soldiers at the Demilitarized Zone, their faces eclipsed by binoculars, trying to see what's happening on southern side of the fence. The thought that the two Koreas are still at war easily escapes the minds of the busy citizens of Seoul, just 35 miles from the border. That is, until it resurfaces with obvious urgency whenever a threat of nuclear warfare manifests from the North Korean administration. |
